Mystery box terms and conditions

Mystery Boxes are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, size/color exchanges. Tier 1 and Tier 2 mystery box will contain a few or more listed items for a minimum of $50 value. Special bonus items listed is not guaranteed and vary due to inventory, only shown as possibility. Tier 1 mystery box will contain a few or more listed items for a minimum of $100 value. Special bonus items listed is not guaranteed and vary due to inventory, only shown as possibility. Car specific items vary in style and color.

Please let us know your car year made model for specificity submit via email and your order number. If a customer orders multiple Mystery Boxes across different orders, boxes may contain some duplicate items. Prisma lab are responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, delayed, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled orders, email, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of orders, the functionality of the website, or in any offer-related materials.
