PRODUCT RETURNS (order that has shipped)
If you are not 99.99999% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any non-customized item and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. The return items must be in original packaging and include all accessories. Custom orders, Clearance or “final sale” items are not eligible for a return.
To return a product for restocking or warranty claim, please contact email@example.com to obtain a RMA number or call us for a RMA number. The RMA number does not guarantee a replacement or refund until we have inspected the return for restocking or warranty claim.
If a shipment received that are not recognized as a vendor shipment or does not have a RMA number clearly stated on the outside are refused at the dock. We recommend that the customer pay for full insurance and tracking on all returns.
A refund, exchange, credit will be in full effect until all related items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to us and your claims have been fully inspected by our staff. Acceptance of product for restocking may take up to 10 business days from the receipt of product. The restock fee will be 15% of the purchase price. Acceptance of warranty claims may take up to 30 business days from the receipt of the product. Shipping, handling and customs or duty fees are non-refundable. INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS
We strongly recommend that a trained professional install all parts purchased from the store. Improper installation of any part may void the vehicle warranty, damage the vehicle, and/or cause injury or death.
